Return Policy for Threads of Love

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Threads of Love. If you’re not entirely happy, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Be returned in the original packaging.

Note: Certain items, such as custom orders or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check product details or contact us for confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product, we will handle the return shipping costs. The package opening video would be mandatory.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at customercare@threadsoflove.co with your order number and reason for the return within 15 days of receiving your item.
2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the itemcustomercare@threadsoflove.co in its original packaging.
3. Ship the Item: Ship the item to our address [1st floor, 49b, Rash Behari Ave, above chandrika jewellers, Manoharpukur, Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700026] . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you. Once approved, your refund will be issued as store credit, which you can conveniently use toward future purchases.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Additional Charges

If we find the product has been used or received in unacceptable condition, a fee of Rs. 490/- will be deducted from the refund for dry cleaning. If the tags are missing, an additional charge of Rs. 75/- will apply.
